A separate Development Permit Area has been created for the Waterfront Village Centre. The Beedie Group must apply for a Development Permit for every new multi-family residential, commercial and industrial building proposed to be constructed at Fraser Mills. The Development Permit Area guidelines and objectives are integrated under Section 5 of the Neighbourhood Plan.

Two additional documents will be drafted in the next 6 months by the Beedie Group, in consultation with City and community stakeholders, and referenced in the Development Permit process.
