Process

The City of Coquitlam adopted the Fraser Mills (Waterfront Village Centre) Neighbourhood Plan November 3, 2008. The Beedie Group will continue to work with the City of Coquitlam to create a set of detailed Design Guidelines and with community stakeholders to define the Heritage Interpretive Program. The documents will guide future development permit processes at Fraser Mills.
