A Comprehensive Development (CD-1) zone has been created specifically for the Fraser Mills neighbourhood and sets out the permitted land uses and densities at Fraser Mills on a lot-specific basis. CD zones are commonly used in other Metro Vancouver municipalities, especially for large mixed-use projects. This is the first time that a Comprehensive Development zone will be used in Coquitlam.
