We envision the Village at Fraser Mills as a model, mixed-use community that integrates industrial and employment uses with residential, commercial, and recreational opportunities.

Our primary goal is to create a people place that reunites the residents of Coquitlam with their riverfront and their history — making it one of the most highly-valued amenities in the entire City.

As a complete village, key amenities will draw people of all ages from the City to splash in the waterfront spraypark, stroll along the Pier, play in the recreational fields, experience festivals at the multi-purpose community centre, and shop in a unique village centre.
