A core of neighbourhood serving retail shops, restaurants and cafés will be the heart of the Village, featuring unique products and services. Patios and wide sidewalks will animate the spaces and provide comfortable places for people to gather.

OCP POLICY STATEMENT:
Create a retail commercial area that shall serve as a principal focus of the neighbourhood and shall provide for the day to day needs of local residents, as well as attracting visitors.
